Shipping + Returns
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order, please review and ensure accuracy. A notification email along with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The chosen delivery charge is added to your order value.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually processed within 72 hours or 3 business days.
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless stated otherwise. If a promotion is only valid for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery.

- Signature Priority $10
- Canada Standard 5-7 business days $25
- Rest of the World Standard 7 to 10 business days $45
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If your delivery address is outside of the US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Our return policy is 7 days from receipt. Your item must be in the original packaging, unused with item tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and therefore will be sent back to the customer. This includes shoe boxes. There may be a restocking fee applied at the owners discretion of up to 10% of sale total. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow as much as 7 days for refunds to be processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Our exchange policy is 7 days from receipt. We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com Your exchange will be processed upon receipt.
